One word characters and numbers can be used in your name change application; however these applications may be difficult to approve.
Trademarked Names
For Trademarked names, individuals must have consent from the rightful owners.
Celebrity/Famous People's Names
These applications are possible but sometimes difficult during the approval process. You may be able to use the name as long as you do not capitalize or use the name for fraudulent reasons. These types of applications are possible and require a further explanation in the presents of the courthouse.
Derogatory and Racial Applications
These type of application are sometimes very hard to file or to get it approved.
