	It is the responsibility of the claimant themselves to consult an attorney or do the research before bringing a suit. LegalCPU does not represent an attorney client relationship. LegalCPU does not provide information on whether the claimant has a case or not. It is the claimant’s responsibility on any claim/suit filed. If the claimant believes that they have a complex case or have damages over the small claims jurisdiction, the claimant should contact an attorney for a civil action, since filing a small claims suit may waive their right for future civil suite.
	Small Claims Package Fees
	LegalCPU does apply the service fees towards your claim (done upon client’s request). The claimant may or may not get reimbursed; this entirely depends on the state, claimant’s case, and the judge presiding.
	Case Dismissal
	If a settlement is received prior to the court date, it is the responsibility of the claimant to contact the courts or LegalCPU in order to file a dismissal. In most situations LegalCPU is able to dismiss the case. However, in certain cases the claimants must dismiss the case themselves. LegalCPU bares no responsibility on dismissing claimant’s case. LegalCPU reserves the right to refuse this service.
	Typological Errors and Prices
	Prices are subject to change without any notice. LegalCPU is not responsible for typological errors or incorrect information supplied or inserted on the intake forms
	Small Claims Change of Date/Continuance
	It is the responsibility of the claimant/client filing the change of date to notify LegalCPU for serving/recorded purposes. LegalCPU is not responsible for any case dismissal due to a change of date.
